1 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900005 <br /> SHEA MOUNTAIN HOUSE LLC/MOUNTAIN HOUSE DEVELOPERS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900005 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on March 12, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> September 10, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Frank Girardi, [209]468-8469) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the <br /> site plan dated January 29, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
