Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to the <br /> issuance of any Building Permits. <br /> B. Open. pump, and backfill the septic tank. seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division when the farm house is destroved under <br /> permit. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection when the farm house is destroyed <br /> under permit by the Environmental Health Division.
