Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: Testing for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates shall be <br /> included as part of the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study. <br /> B.
