Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff'and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of Phase Il building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$ 0.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98:00 per percolation hole is required_ <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
