A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to Environmental Health to indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. The <br /> study must be approved by Environmental Health prior to issuance of Phase II building permits <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2jd]). A review fee of$490.00 must be paid at the time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems is required for <br /> each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> findings.
