Kennefick Rd. <br /> The Environmental Health Division feels that an Environmental <br /> Review be done for this application addressing the following <br /> concerns: <br /> 1 . Types of hazardous materials used. <br /> 2 . Types of hazardous waste generated and method of disposal . <br /> 3 . Noise generation. <br /> 4 . The placement of a commerical-type business in an agricultural <br /> zone, even though it may be related. <br /> 5 . Enforcement. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. other ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified . <br /> a . The existing sewage disposal system will have to be uncovered <br /> to determine if it complys with the rules and regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County. <br /> b. Upgrade the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division if it does <br /> not comply with rules and regulations of San Joaquin County. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area . This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines . <br /> d. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> under the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division.
