Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The soil suitability study must address the existing <br /> commercial business. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. Also show <br /> 100% expansion area for the required sewage disposal system. <br /> d. All waste from this operation to be handled so as not to cause <br /> an odor or vector nuisance. Remove manure from premise every <br /> seven (7) days or provide a manure management plan that is <br /> accepted by the Environmental Health Division. One acre is <br /> inadequate for proper manure management. <br /> e. The waste water sump from the commercial operation can not be <br /> located on parcel #2 . <br /> f.
