(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Scott Herbert APPLICANT: Dillion &Murphy <br /> ADDRESS: 12400 E.Kettleman Lane APN: 063-250-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> A portion of the site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 75 to 78 feet NGVD. <br /> Kettleman Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> the same. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code <br /> Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. All new structures shall be prohibited within 10-feet of Paddy Creek landside levee toe on Parcel 2. <br /> 4.
