1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one 75' acre parcel located at <br /> ` 12400 E. Kettleman Lane, Lodi, CA. The project is in an agricultural community, and the <br /> existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> ` 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split the 75� acre parcel into two <br /> parcels; one 40 acre parcel and one 35t acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title,this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is <br /> being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and <br /> r <br /> county records. This SSCR includes minimal chemical analysis. <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN Page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> 2.1 Discussion of past, present, and proposed future uses: The primary source of information <br /> of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner,Mr. Herb Scott. Mr. Scott was <br /> interviewed on March 19, 2004. Mr Scott has owned the property for approximately 4 years. <br /> This property and all surrounding properties have consistently been used for agricultural and <br /> rural residences. <br /> Future use of the property consists of either rural residential or agricultural development. No <br /> construction is proposed at this time. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on May 17, 2004 (see appendix for <br /> results). An onsite survey performed on May 14, 2004 and August 25, 2004 by staff of <br /> r Dillon &Murphy, as well as interviewing the present owner,Mr. Herb Scott on March 19, 2004. <br /> 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources <br /> of contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potential for contamination <br /> includes farming uses. Historically there have been no underground storage tanks.
