The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). E.
