REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600258 <br /> DWIGHT&SHARON BUSALACCHI/GERARDO ESPINOSA) <br /> Variance application No. PA-1600258 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on January 5, 2017. The effective date of approval is January 15, 2017. This approval <br /> will expire on July 17, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with,(2) all necessary building permits have been issued <br /> and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain <br /> in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application.
