(1) A proposed 25-foot-wide private easement for access to Parcel One and to the Designated <br /> Remainder shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) <br /> (2) The access easement shall provide for a minimum 150-foot centerline curve radius. For dead <br /> end roads, access easements shall provide for turnouts spaced at a maximum of 1320-foot <br /> intervals (Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207). <br /> g. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (2) This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County <br /> Surveyors office will file the map for record. Please contact Fire Prevention at 209-468-3380 to <br /> schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br /> (3) This project will potentially serve more than three residences and shall comply with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Standard 91150.18; Standards for This project Road Names <br /> and Road Name Changes, Public and Private. Please contact Larry Mathews at 468-3160 to <br /> complete this process prior to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See the attached memo dated April 29, 2002.) <br /> 4.
