The on-site water
well was tested for nitrate and DBCP. DBCP was non-detectable,and the nitrate concentration in
Lground water was found to be 11.4 mg/IrNO3,which is well below the maximum contaminant
drinking water limit of 45 mg/L NO3.
LOur office finds this property suitable for development using conventional septic systems.
L /-/8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
L proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
L
10
L "004
L
