Kettleman Lane, Lodi <br />The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br />to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br />A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination report, <br />identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land <br />uses. The report shall include evaluation of non -point source of hazardous materials, including <br />agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic <br />systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br />Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br />9-905.12). <br />A review fee of $190.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br />Department. <br />B. For Parcels 1, 2, 3, & 4, the Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study <br />indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. This must be performed prior to <br />recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review <br />fee of $190.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br />prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br />or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br />parcel. A permit fee of $95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br />NOTE: <br />The designated remainder is non -buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health <br />Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing remainder has a passing <br />percolation test without impact to groundwater from domestic wastewater. <br />C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br />Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br />Section 9-1115.3). <br />D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br />findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />NIH: II <br />
