CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> TECKLENBURG TRUST/SHOUP LAND SURVEYING <br /> PA-1200056 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200056 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on May 31 , 2012, which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on November 30, 2013, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin , [209] 468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site plan dated <br /> April 4, 2012. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice <br /> Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
