Escotto; (209) 468-3443 Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist RE: PA-1300201 (SA), SU0009835 5950 East Kettleman Lane, Lodi The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage and well information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as required by ordinance requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). B. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, Section 13260). C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $250 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. D. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. E. if any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and comply with all applicable regulations.
