Escotto; (209) 468-3443 <br /> Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> RE: PA-1300201 (SA), SU0009835 <br /> 5950 East Kettleman Lane, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage and well <br /> information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as required by ordinance <br /> requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> B. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 4, <br /> Section 13260). <br /> C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $250 plan check fee is required at <br /> the time of submittal. <br /> D. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> E. if any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
