No marketing events are proposed with this application. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Kettleman Lane, 1,200 feet east of Wells Lane, east of Lodi (APN/Address 061-030-15, 5950 E. Kettleman Lane, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than December 20, 2013. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
