CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> BLUE ANCHOR, INC. <br /> LA-92-0085 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office <br /> for review) . (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982, are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The irrigation wells must be repaired under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division prior <br /> to recordation of final map (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100 as follows: Disconnect <br /> the existing cross connection from the two wells to the <br /> standpipes. The well discharge pipe must be plumbed <br /> over the top of the standpipe and have twice the <br /> diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top of the <br /> stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County approved <br /> backflow valves. <br />
