The following Uniform Fire Cade and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> ( ) A. Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: <br /> ( } 1. Appendix 111-A of the Uniform Fire Code (public water mains). <br /> ( ) 2. NFPA 123.1 of the National Fire Code and San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Standards (static water supply). <br /> ( ) 3. Location/Placement as directed by the Mokelurnne Fij:e District. <br /> B. Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B if the Uniforni Fire <br /> Code. <br /> ( } 1. Type and size as directed by the Mokelumne Fire District. <br /> {� 2. Location /Placement as directed by the Mokelunuic Fire District. <br /> ( C. Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the appropriate standards and guides Adopted in Chapter 35 of the California <br /> Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> ( D. All valves controlling the water supply for autornatic fire sprinkler systems and water <br /> flow switches shall be monitored in accordance with 904.3.1 of the California Fire <br /> Code. Fire Department access road shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's <br /> Association. <br /> j 1. lnspectioza of access roads shall be completed by the Mokehinine Fire <br /> District, <br /> (�'F. Fire Departnient access to property/buildings shall be in accordance with 902.4 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code (Key Boxes). <br /> } 1.
