Kettleman Lane <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> Dear Ladies& Gentlemen: <br /> Re: Site Approval Application No. SA-99-69 of Floyd & Lois Reiher and Keith Taylor (APN: 061-132-09. <br /> 7002 East Kettleman Lane, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On March 3, 2000, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> SA-99-69 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be fled with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 13, 2000. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the <br /> appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months <br /> (by September 12, 2001).
