e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles or sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways <br /> designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1]) <br /> f. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Fencing shall be installed to separate the existing residential uses from the approved <br /> Farm Services use and the Equipment Sales and Repair use. <br /> (2) Fencing shall be installed to separate the hay storage area and the equipment display <br /> area. <br /> g. HAY STORGAGE: Hay storage shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Hay shall be stacked a minimum of twenty(20) feet from all property lines. <br /> (2) A twenty (20) foot fire access space shall be maintained at all times around all hay <br /> stacks. <br /> (3) It is not a requirement that the hay storage area be paved. The existing gravel road <br /> base shall be sufficient for the purposes of hay storage. <br /> h. EQUIPMENT DISPLAY: Equipment display shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Equipment on display shall be set back a minimum of ten (10) feet from the side <br /> property lines and fifteen (15) feet from the rear property line. <br /> (2) It is not a requirement that the equipment display area be paved. The existing gravel <br /> road base shall be sufficient for the display of equipment. <br /> i. EQUIPMENT REPAIR: Equipment repair shall be conducted only in those structures <br /> designated as an 'Existing Shop' on the Site Plan submitted August 23, 1999. <br /> j. SIGNS: All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5)feet from any future <br /> right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.2[g]) <br /> k. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this <br /> approval letter, and the Conditions of Approval shall be met within six (6) months from the <br /> date of this approval letter. <br /> 2.
