Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as <br /> follows: <br /> The irrigation well on each parcel must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Helath Division as follows by eliminating the existing cross- <br /> connections with either an air gap or an approved backflow device. <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention <br /> shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not <br /> less than 6 inches.
