Kile Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> The Environmental Health Department(EHD) requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed <br /> staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the EHD. <br /> Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on designated remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability <br /> Study shall be performed and submitted to The EHD with a review fee of$190.00 due at time of <br /> submittal. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> Nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> A well Cross-Connection repair permit shall be obtained and inspected by the EHD for the <br /> �,;, xA .ragricultural well located on Parcel # (1). Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back- <br /> flow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 <br /> inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be <br /> installed. <br /> For the domestic well located on the designated remainder Parcel, a well repair permit to raise well <br /> casing 12 inches above ground level shall be obtained and inspected by the EHD. <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the EHD is <br /> required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the EHD is <br /> required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:0 <br />
