Dedication to result in a twenty-five (25) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of <br /> Kingdon Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of <br /> Parcel 3. Dedication shall be made on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 3. Structures, fences, landscaping and, any or all obstructions shall be removed from the dedicated <br /> right of way, prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. The Tentative Map shall show all fences, <br /> landscaping and structures, and shall include contour lines. <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 5. Drainage from Parcel 3 shall be retained on-site by a retention basin (18-inch maximum depth) <br /> and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map.
