The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline <br /> of Kingdon Road to the property line shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 3. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5(b)) <br /> 3.
