Kingdon Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for on site wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 4. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
