Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) for Parcel #2 under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> B. Construction of individual domestic water well for Parcel 42 under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two `A inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> I` must be installed. <br /> b. Install cement surface seal around well casing to sufficiently protect well casing the <br /> integrity of well grout. <br /> c.
