ADDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, EXCEPTIONS AND DATA GAPS <br /> Considerations identified as beyond the scope of an ASTM Phase I that may affect business <br /> r"' environmental risk at a property include the following:asbestos-containing materials(ACMs),radon, <br /> lead-based paint, lead in drinking water, wetlands, regulatory compliance, cultural and historical <br /> resources, industrial hygiene, health and safety issues, ecological resources, endangered species, <br /> an indoor air quality and high voltage power lines.These environmental issues may warrant assessment <br /> based on the type of property or transaction, however,they are considered non-scope issues under <br /> ` ASTM Practice E 1527-05.The addition of these non-scope items must be agreed-upon between the <br /> client and AGE prior to initiation of the Phase 1. <br /> Some additions to the scope of the Phase I may originate from property research,such as additional <br /> addresses, past or present,for the subject property. These additional addresses will be added to the <br /> scope of research where feasible. <br /> No limitations or exceptions were made to the scope of this Phase I. <br /> r.
