�1 <br /> 01 May 2007 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 07-1516 <br /> Page 28 of 39 <br /> inside was farm equipment,miscellaneous farm implements and hazardous materials storage areas <br /> that included 55-gallon drums of oil and/or waste oil (several open), unlabelled drums, old rusted <br /> paint cans, unlabelled plastic containers and other miscellaneous containers stored on pallets. No <br /> obvious staining was visible beneath the storage areas but scattered darker staining was observed on <br /> the floor throughout the building. <br /> BOB The property was historically served by a domestic water well located on the adjacent property to <br /> the north.The property was fenced on all sides;the entrances were located on the west and east sides <br /> and were secured by poles and chains. The prominent features on the subject property are depicted <br /> in Figure 2, photographs of the subject property are provided in Appendix A. <br /> L 5.2.
