7.6 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> November 30, 2011 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. One hazardous liquid pipeline was identified along Highway 33 (Ahern <br /> Road) approximately one-quarter mile northeast of the Site. The pipeline is in service, <br /> operated by SFPP, and contains "multi-products," according to the NPMS. Additional <br /> local pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area as well. <br /> 8.0 IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> The following sources of past, urren on a(a( off-site contamination have been <br /> identified as a result of(this i sfgati0 <br /> Identified Contamination Source Evaluation & Recommendations <br /> 1. The Site was developed for agriculture in Agricultural chemicals may remain in Site <br /> 1937 or earlier. (Current and Past on- soils. The only way to determine the <br /> site) presence or absence of these chemicals / <br /> is by testing and analysis. Typically, any <br /> such testing is conducted at the property <br /> owner's discretion. <br /> 2. Agricultural chemical permits indicate The owner should be aware that residues <br /> that the Site was used to grow almonds may remain even when chemicals are <br /> from 2007 through the present.
