KOSTER RD., TRACY <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below <br /> have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements <br /> may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required <br /> at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site <br /> sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A <br /> percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 3. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation <br /> of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State-approved laboratory.
