Koster Road, Tracy) <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to the project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1 105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> - <br /> 1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel <br /> Map.
