(2) Parcels 2 through 8 shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at the <br /> front yard setback line. ACCESS: The following access requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Final Map: <br /> (1) A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to parcels 3 and 4, along <br /> parcels 4 and 5, shall be shown on the Final Map.
