Include design,materials,condition,alterations,size,setting,and boundaries) The subject property features a single-family residence and water tank along with a detached shed and mobile home. Located in an agricultural setting,the single-story minimal traditional residence features a medium-pitch cross-gabled roof covered in wood shingles. Eaves are 5 inches in depth throughout. The front-facing T elevation features a continuous-roofed porch over the main entryway. A small secondary continuous-roof porch is also set in the northwest corner. Siding is a mix of vertical wooden board- and-batten siding for the main portion of the house and wooden lapped siding on the front portion. Vertical wooden wainscoting surrounds the house. Windows are a mix of wooden framed types including 1/1 double-hung and multi-light casement style. The entire structure is set atop a concrete perimeter-and-post foundation. Located to the northeast of the residence is an abandoned water tank structure. Square in plan,the wood-frame structure features a cylindrical steel tank perched atop the main substructure. A single personnel door provides access and numerous pieces of wood siding are missing. A small rectangular wood shed is located to the east of the residence. The building features board-and-batten siding and a corrugated metal roof. A manufactured home is located to the east of the main residence. *133b.
