KOSTER ROAD,TRACY PA-03-550 (QX) <br /> The Environmental Health Department's conditions of approval dated April 6, 2004 for the <br /> above project were addressed as follows in the draft environmental impact report(DEIR): <br /> 1. Groundwater extraction usage and its impact to existing domestic and agricultural wells and <br /> the Delta Mendota Canal. See DEIR pages 3 H-5 and 3 H-6 relating to the report <br /> required to comply with San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1415.3 (u). <br /> 2. Groundwater replenishment as a function of the operation. See DEIR pages 3 H-5 and 3 H- <br /> 6 as above. <br /> 3. Neighboring property wells, impacts of project to existing water level, water quality,water <br /> quantity, and flow patterns. See DEIIt pages 3 H-5 and 3 H-6 as above. <br /> 4. The proposed extraction to take place into the existing groundwater table requiring permit <br /> approval from the Regional Water Quality Control Board. Addressed in DEIR on pages 3 <br /> H-6 through 3 H-12. <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. No excavations are permitted into the ground water table without specific approval from the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region(California Water Code, <br /> Chapter 4,Article 3, Section 13240). See DEIR pages 3 H-3,3 H4, and 3 H-8. <br /> B. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any watercourse or in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof(California Water Code, Section 13376). See DEIR page <br /> 3 H-3. <br />
