Prior to commencement of mining,the applicant shall complete <br /> This would be a less-than-significant impact with an Earthquake Preparedness and Response Plan(EPRP)to <br /> mitigation. address worker safety and plant operation status during and <br /> following a major earthquake. The EPRP shall be included <br /> incorporated or become a supplementary document to the <br /> standard site health and safety plan. The EPRP shall be <br /> prepared,implemented,and self-monitored by the applicant. A <br /> California certified engineering geologist and California <br /> registered structural engineer with experience in seismology and <br /> earthquake preparedness shall assist the applicant in preparation <br /> of the EPRP.
