Mr. Neely indicated <br /> that he would be adding a couple more conditions, as he just received the City of <br /> Stockton Public Works Department letter of requirements. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that he would be modifying condition d. to read <br /> "storm water drainage shall remain on site". <br /> 11:00 a. m. 5.
