The quarry mining and reclamation are as described in the CEMEX Vernalis Quarry Final <br /> Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) dated June 2008 as modified by the original conditions of approval. <br /> The Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program is the CEMEX Vernalis Quarry Project Mitigation <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program as modified by the original conditions of approval. The FEIR (State <br /> Clearinghouse No. 2002122122) is available at the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department and is included in the Planning Commission's packet.
