The report should address the <br /> following(see condition of approval A for QX-01-02 on SJCEHD memorandum dated January <br /> 23, 2002): <br /> • The volume of water projected to be used by this operation. <br /> • The ability of the processed water to replenish groundwater as a function of the operation. <br /> • Potential impacts to the existing wells on neighboring properties in relationship to water <br /> level, water quality,water quantity, and existing groundwater levels of the project area. <br /> Page 2-16 Mitigation Measure 4.8.3 <br /> In the third sentence add Environmental Health Department after San Joaquin County. <br /> Page 3.14 Proposed Project Components-Utilities <br /> In the fifth sentence of the first paragraph, the word"abandoned" should be changed to <br /> "destroyed". <br /> In the third paragraph,the second sentence should be changed to read as follows: A new septic <br /> system would be installed within the plant site to service the office area and another septic <br /> system would be installed to service the relocated house and barn. <br /> Page 3-31 Pending Approvals (3.7.1) <br /> Septic tank destructions should be added to the list of activities requiring permits from San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> Page 4.8-26 Mitigation Measure 4.8.3 <br /> In the third sentence add Environmental Health Department after San Joaquin County. <br />
