Refer all proposals for development served by new water supply systems to <br /> appropriate water, irrigation,community services districts, the State Water Resources <br /> ` Control Board and any other appropriate agencies for review and comment. <br /> Responsible Department: Planning Department, Environmental Resources <br /> r 2.
