9.a. The application materials do not specify a haul route or indicate ' the anticipated number of daily truck trips associated with the project. It is likely that trucks will travel on Koster Road to Vernalis Road/State Route 1.32 and access Interstate 5 at the State Route 132/I-5 interchange. The EIR prepared for the Teichert Aggregates Quarry Excavation (QX-91-5) , directly west of this project, noted that SR 132 is already operating at an unacceptable level of service between I-580 and Koster Road and that trucks hauling aggregate materials will likely accelerate deterioration of the roadway structure of SR 132 and other area roadways. 10. Excavation will significantly impact any archaeological resources that may exist on the site. No records search or site reconnaissance has been done of the project site to determine if there are or are likely to be cultural resources on the site. 12 . The processing plant will be approximately 40 feet above grade and will be highly visible from surrounding properties, including Interstate 5.
