However, Gaffery Road, and those portions <br /> of Koster Road, Blewett Road and Welty Road lying within Stanislaus County are not <br />+' f adequate to serve as a "haul route" for the proposed project. <br /> Since Highway 132 is a significant link for Stanislaus County with I-5 and the Bay <br /> Area, I an requesting the impacts to the Highway 132 intersections with Bird Road and <br /> Koster Road be carefully analyzed. The analysis and impacts studied should be similar <br /> to those contained in the Granite EIR. <br />` r� I would appreciate receiving a copy of the draft EIR.
