In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, a Soil Suitability <br /> Study/Nitrate Loading Study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee <br /> - - - of$ 465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. . . . ._ __._.._w._._ <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval.
