r) <br /> M <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-490 <br /> Stellmacher <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-490 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> 1 Community Development Department on November 19, 2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> i <br /> { Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on May 20, 2005, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> t unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor, <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DE=VELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin,468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> October 6, 2003. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> 4 conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of two acres. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 8722[d])) <br /> 1 <br /> d. RESCISION: The owners shall submit a letter rescinding Lot Line Adjustment No. PA-02-540. <br /> Y NOTE: This Lot Line Adjustment does not address access to Parcel 1.
