Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Mr. Griffin: <br /> Caltrans appreciates the opportunity to review and comment on the Lot Line Adjustment <br /> between two nonconforming parcels in an AG-40 zone. The parcels are located at 17390 <br /> N. Kroll Road in the community of Victor. Thank you for allowing additional time <br /> beyond the October 21, 2003 deadline as.we did not receive the referral until October 16, <br /> 2003. <br /> Caltrans does not encourage the granting of the adjustment as mapped because it creates <br /> a, possibly, land-locked parcel. The original parcels took access from Kroll Road and <br /> should continue to do so. It is not possible, from the maps supplied, to determine where <br /> access to the adjusted parcel would be located. Maps supplied to Caltrans should indicate <br /> driveways and their location, or proposed location, width, and distance to property line. <br /> We are unable to determine the status of an existing driveway (not on the map provided) <br /> approximately 300 feet east of Kroll Road.
