Attachment No. 1 <br /> This is an expansion of existing use to include storage, stockpiling, drying and processing of <br /> agricultural by-products. The existing surfacing is being repaired and upgraded to <br /> accommodate the expanded use. Agricultural by-products (vegetable and fruit) from local <br /> facilities are preprocessed off-site to remove excess moisture. After preprocessing, the <br /> commodities are trucked to the Lammers Road site. Upon arrival, the materials are quickly <br /> unloaded and thinly spread on the designated paved surfaces. The materials are solar dried <br /> and are turned frequently to accelerate the dehydration process. Once dried, the <br /> commodities are stockpiled briefly prior to removal. At this point the material can be shipped <br /> to end users (animal feed) or to our site in Stockton for further processing, milling, packaging <br /> and shipping. <br /> 2012-126 Attachments Attachment No. 1 Aoc <br />
