CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600255 (LA) <br /> BETTY GALL[TRUSTIQUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600255 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on November 30, 2016, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on June 1, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among two parcels as shown on the <br /> Site Plan dated November 9, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall b prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PLANNING APPLICATION PA-1600254: The Certificate of Compliance for application PA- <br /> 1600254 shall be-recorded prior to the recordation of the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for <br /> application PA-1600255. <br /> 2.
