A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dilfemeehlor-epropane_. <br /> (DB£4D/-md nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. For the "designated remainder" parcel, construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> d.
