Lammers Rd., Tracy, Service Request SR0076537.
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and
reviewed your revised Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading study report dated December 30,
2016, and has found it acceptable with the following conditions:
• Based on the current project, the use of an on-site septic tank and drain field
system on the site has the potential to cause a buildup of nitrate in the aquifer up
to 21.01 mg/L-N. An engineered septic system with the ability to reduce the
nitrate levels in the effluent shall be installed at the proposed fourplex.
• Submit an engineer designed septic system to this office for review. A review fee
of $278 is required at the time of submittal. The engineer designed septic system
shall be approved by this office prior to the issuance of Building Permit.
If you have any questions, please contact Ted Tasiopoulos, Senior Registered
Environmental Heal Specialist, at (209) 953-7698.
Rodney Estrada, REHS
Program Coordinator
Cc: Abdul Chashmawala, Chashmawala Property, 25087 S.
