CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-1 <br /> Pombo <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-99-1 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Departmenton January 27,1999,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 27, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher,468-9653) <br /> 1 a. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment's hall be recorded prior to conveyanceof property through <br /> deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to <br /> the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyor's <br /> Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
